A Journey across India: The call to Adventure

An easy, practical and in-sequence itinerary planner I have travelled the length and breadth of India, and am truly proud of its rich and varied heritage. I am amazed by the tradition and values, the people, festivals, celebrations and the changing landscape. Have you wondered if it's possible to travel across India completely? Most foreigners arriving in India, land in Delhi and then travel the Golden Triangle route first- which is a good decision incase you have limited time at hand and want to make the most of it. The Golden Triangle- Delhi, Agra and Jaipur includes the much hyped Taj Mahal which invariably is part of a tourist's bucket list. This blog on the other hand- is a sequential strategy and detailed 'been there done that' itinerary plan starting from Mumbai. I had some exciting news, and was waiting to get back home to tell everyone about it. Aunt Emma was baking a cake. "Angela, is it you?” she asked as I opened the gate. "Hello, Aunt Emma" I replied back. "Oh dearie, it's good you're back early from work." She said,  shutting the oven door. "I'm making some goodies and I need flour, eggs, sugar..." So I made a list of the things as the whiff of vanilla and chocolate made me hold on to the surprise for another day.

A Terrace Christmas ⛄ party🎉


After much debate about the theme and concept of the party, we came up with a few ideas that will work for us all.

A Christmas party with a twist

Instead of each getting a dish of our own, we decided overall what the menu should be like. Dan said we could have 'punch', Latha and Mani thought of a brilliant idea~ barbeque on the rooftop, Me and Lina suggested music, dance and a movie 🍿🎥 night as well. Dad was sure he'd like a bottle of good scotch, Aunt Emma on the other hand just wanted to go with the spirit of the night. It all sounded so swell... that I hoped with all my heart it would turn out half as good!

"I'm bringing some additional food for the buffet" said Lina's friend who was going a bit late, but nevertheless extra food is always welcome.
